Single-car dumper system, according to the layout form, can be divided into fold-back type and through-type.
A typical fold-back type single-car dumper system is composed of: car dumper + car puller + car pusher +single transfer platform + wheel clamp and stopper.
Most of the domestic single-car dumper systems are in a fold-back arrangement.
The through-type single-car dumper system is composed of: car dumper + car puller + car pusher+ wheel clamp and stopper.
The double-car dumper system, according to the layout form, can be divided into fold-back type and through-type.
The high-efficiency double-car dumper system consists of: double-car dumper +car puller + car pusher + double-car transfer platform + wheel clamp, high-level stopper and movable buffer stopper.
The fold-back triple-car dumper system consists of: triple-car dumper + heavy-duty shunting machine + light-car shunting machine + car pusher + three-car moving platform + wheel clamp and one-way stopper.
Single-car dumper can also be divided into C-shaped Single-car dumper, U-shaped Single-car dumper and O-shaped dual-purpose single-car dumper.
Double-car dumper can also be divided into C-shaped Double car dumper and O-shaped Double-car dumper.
Triple-car dumper can also be divided into C-shaped Triple-car dumper and O-shaped Triple-car dumper.
